Ingredients:                                                                                   1 bunch of kale                                                                                    2 TBSP Olive oil                                                                               2 cloves of garlic                                                                               1 TBSP honey                                                                                   1 medium carrot                                                                               1 oz. of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar                                 salt & pepper to taste                                                 Directions:Remove large stems from kale and finely chop and place into a large bowl. Mince garlic cloves, shred carrot and add to chopped kale. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey salt and pepper. With your hands begin to squeeze and incorporate the ingredients. Continue massaging for roughly 2 minutes then cover and place in fridge to cool. Once cool remove and enjoy makes 6-8 servings.
